FRUIT & VEGETABLES
For fruit and vegetables we work with Natoora. They source radically seasonal produce that highlights the true cost of farming, protects the land from soil depletion and favours sustainable, nutritionally dense crops with revolutionary flavour.
For meat we work with O'Shea's. They only select pure-bred animals reared by a select group of farmers who share our values and guarantee the high standards of animal welfare and husbandry that O'Shea's use on their own farm in Perthshire. The 'Terroir' in both Scotland and South West Ireland is amongst the best in the world for rearing livestock and produces the quality of meat we're proud to serve to our customers.
FISH & SHELLFISH
For fish and shellfish we work with Henderson Seafood, a family-run company that supplies top restaurants across London with the finest quality, ethically caught Seafood from British seas.
Henderson specialise in hand picked Devon crab meat, hand-dived scallops from the Isle of Mull and live, creel-caught langoustines from the Isle of Uist, Scotland. Shaun and his team personally select top quality fish from day boats in Brixham, Devon.
